Kazeem Alabi is an accomplished football coach with a distinguished career that includes coaching at various levels and contributing significantly to player development in Nigeria. Notably, he was one of the coaches who first spotted the talent of Asisat Oshoala. His extensive coaching qualifications include licenses from the National Institute for Sports, the English Football Association with Bolton Wanderers, and the Royal Netherland Football Institute (KNVB) UEFA ‘C’ license. He also holds a Berechia Football Certificate, a Football Coaches of Africa Certificate (FCAAN), and a 3D Football USA Diploma. He also holds a FIFA safeguarding certificate. Alabi has coached numerous teams, including FC Robo International (as Head Technical for both male and female teams), City of David United Football Club (COD Utd), Delta Queens Asaba, and FC Solel in Benin Republic.
